San Francisco Bay Area burlesque for August 11 - August 17, 2011

A number of shows this week will be marked by the arrival of the international cast of the upcoming film, "Burlesque Assassins".

Cast members, including the Bay Area's Kellita, will perform at Little Minsky's, Cabaret Perilous, Burlesque n' Brass, and at their own show in Big Sur on Sunday evening. See the listings below for show information. For more information about the film, please see the website at burlesqueassassins.com!

Another big event happens this evening at Oakland Metro. It's a fundraiser for Jelly Boy the Clown, who was severely injured in a residential fire earlier this summer. The Hubba Hubba Revue, Red Hots Burlesque, Vau de Vire Society, Dispaced Labors Sideshow, and more will be participating to help raise funds for this member of the Squidliing Brothers Circus Sideshow.
